The current informational website does not ask visitors to create an account, begin a shipment, or submit customer information through a public form. If you contact SENDO directly by email, phone, WhatsApp, or a Founder conversation, SENDO may receive the information you choose to provide.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, maintain accurate relationship records, improve SENDO, and understand the needs of families and independent operators. Information provided for one purpose is not automatically used for shipment handling or public operator publication.
3. Relationship and community records
SENDO may keep respectful notes about conversations, introductions, consent, corrections, and follow-ups so responsibilities are not lost. Operator publication permission and verification status are recorded separately. SENDO does not sell private relationship notes.
4. Website and platform activity
To deliver and protect the website, SENDO’s hosting and security providers may process standard web-request data such as an IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, and security events. The exact hosting region, retention, provider settings, and cross-border handling remain under review.
This candidate does not activate a public question-contribution feature, public forms, client-side analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, browser storage, shipment booking, or public operator search. Any future collection or retention requires separate privacy review and approval before activation.
5. Sharing information
SENDO does not publish private operator receiving information without explicit permission. Exact receiving addresses, private instructions, credentials, financial records, and unnecessary personal information are not intended for public display.
6. Security
SENDO works to protect information using reasonable safeguards. No system is perfect, and users should avoid sending highly sensitive information through public forms unless requested through an appropriate secure channel.
