1. About SENDO

SENDO Africa, Inc. is building a simpler way for families to discover and understand independent logistics operators connecting the diaspora and Africa.

SENDO is not a physical shipping company, warehouse, cargo operator, customs broker, or delivery carrier. Independent operators remain responsible for their own services, pricing, instructions, transportation, and delivery outcomes.

2. Current stage

The current website is informational. It does not offer shipment booking, public operator discovery, public receiving addresses, payments, labels, or delivery guarantees. Public operator discovery is being prepared and will not open until its trust, consent, privacy, security, and support requirements are met.

3. Partner information

Future operator information may include different evidence states and confirmation dates. A social-media observation alone does not make an operator SENDO Verified. Users must confirm current details directly with an operator before sending anything.

4. User responsibilities

Visitors should not treat this informational website as approval to send a package, visit a receiving location, or rely on a route, price, or schedule. No public package drop-off address is provided here.

5. Operator control

SENDO will seek appropriate evidence and permission before publishing an operator profile. Operators may request corrections or withdrawal of public information. Private receiving information remains controlled unless its use is explicitly approved.

6. No guarantee

SENDO does not guarantee that a particular partner, route, price, schedule, or service will be available. SENDO may update, pause, or remove information as trust, verification, or operational needs change.
